  • International shipping times vary and will be communicated at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

           Delivery Responsibility

  • Once your order leaves our store, responsibility passes to the courier.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate to avoid delays or lost packages.

               Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and courier rates.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders.

           Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.

  • Lost parcels will be investigated with the courier, but we cannot guarantee compensation unless covered by courier insurance.
