2. Products & Availability

  • Specifications, pricing, and descriptions may change without prior notice.

  • Second-hand miners are sold “as-is” unless otherwise stated, with no guarantee of performance beyond what is disclosed at the time of sale.

3. Repairs & Services

  • Repair services are provided on a best-effort basis.

  • While every effort is made to restore functionality, no guarantee is given that repairs will fully resolve all issues.

  • Customers must back up any data before submitting devices for repair. The store is not responsible for data loss.

4. Warranties & Liability

  • New ASIC devices may carry manufacturer warranties, subject to their terms.

  • Second-hand miners and repaired devices are generally not covered by warranty, unless explicitly stated.

  • The store is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, malfunction, or downtime.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is defective upon arrival and reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Refunds or replacements are at the sole discretion of the store.

  • No returns are accepted for second-hand miners unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Risk & Responsibility

  • Customers acknowledge that mining equipment is subject to wear, high energy consumption, and environmental factors.

  • The store is not responsible for profitability, mining difficulty changes, or electricity costs associated with device usage.

  • Customers assume full responsibility for compliance with local laws and regulations regarding cryptocurrency mining.

7. Payment & Security

  • All payments must be completed before shipment or service commencement.

  • The store uses secure payment gateways but is not responsible for third-party payment processing errors.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gauteng, South Africa, unless otherwise agreed.

9. Amendments

  • The store reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
