Refund Policy

       New ASIC Devices

  • New devices may carry a manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Warranty terms and coverage depend on the manufacturer and will be communicated at the time of purchase.

  • Customers must follow the manufacturer’s instructions for warranty claims.

     Second‑Hand Miners

  • Second‑hand miners are sold “as‑is” unless otherwise stated.

  • No warranty is provided unless explicitly mentioned in the product listing.

  • Performance and lifespan may vary due to prior usage.

                 Repairs

  • Repairs are carried out on a best‑effort basis.

  • No warranty is offered on repair services unless specifically agreed in writing.

  • Customers are responsible for backing up data before submitting devices.

                 Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is faulty on arrival and reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be in the same condition as received, with all accessories and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the fault is ours.

  Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds or replacements are offered at the store’s discretion after inspection of the returned item.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  • No refunds are given for second‑hand miners unless agreed in writing.

        Legal Compliance

  • This policy follows the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa.

  • Customers’ statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
